Painted during the long dusk of late spring, when the meadow behind the house turns amber and violet. This is the most hopeful piece I've made — it glows a little even in low light.
— I kept the paint thin on this one, almost a stain, so the color breathes with the fabric. The warm tones fight through the dark wash the way evening light fights through the treeline.

Machine wash cold inside out. Tumble dry low. No bleach. Iron on reverse.
